About ESP Projects

Established in 2002, ESP Projects Ltd is now one of the region's leading providers of IT Support to the Third Sector and also supports dozens of small businesses. We currently employ fifteen staff and have a client base of over 150 organisations of all sizes from 2 to 200 staff. Our workforce comprises of IT Consultants, Technical Support staff, Web Designers and Programmers and all of our permanent staff own shares in the company.

Many of our clients – businesses, charities, social enterprises and public sector bodies - are based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, but we frequently work further afield and now provide several services throughout the UK for the benefit of customers with a national presence.

The company has grown year-on-year because it has successfully built long term relationships with its clients based on highly responsive and well-regarded IT Support, value-for-money IT Services and our commitment to 'Ethical IT'.

This latter principle means that ESP's staff have no need to 'blind you with science', nor do we have much time for marketing hype. Instead, we are committed to providing you with impartial, honest, real-world advice in a manner that allows you to make informed decisions. We will not 'oversell' - our company is committed to providing you with appropriate solutions that meet your needs and that pledge includes being sensitive to funding and financial constraints and being up-front about the possibility that non-IT-related changes may needed in a given project. Equally, ESP will not 'undersell' - we use industry standard, tried and tested products and services (many of which have discounts for non-profitmaking organisations) that allow you, as the client, to keep control of your systems over the long term, as well as to understand the Total Costs of Ownership.
