      Established in 1999, ESP Projects is now one of the region's leading providers of ICT support to the Third Sector. We currently employ twelve staff including five Microsoft Certified Professionals and have a client base of over 150 organisations, in total almost 1500 users. In 2008, ESP won runner-up in the South Yorkshire division of Social Enterprise of the Year and MD Morgan Killick won overall Social Entrepreneur of the Year for Yorkshire & Humber. The company has grown rapidly because it has successfully addressed a need identified in both anecdotal and empirical research. That need - simply put - is for not-for-profit organisations to have access to high quality, low cost IT providers who they can trust. Increasingly in today's environment we rely on technology and expect to be using computers as tools in our daily work. However, for many organisations, this transition has had to be addressed without any internal expert knowledge, leaving staff at the whim of an aggressive private sector which - potentially - can exploit both this lack of experience and technological savvy. ESP's consultants have no need to 'blind you with science'. We are committed to providing our clients with impartial advice in a manner that can be understood and properly digested. In addition, we will not 'oversell' - our company is committed to providing you with appropriate solutions that meet your needs whilst being sensitive to funding and financial constraints. Equally, ESP will not 'undersell' - we use industry standard, tried and tested products and methods (many of which have discounts for non-profitmaking organisations) that allow you, as the client, to tap into the services of any IT support providers, not just us.
