| ESP is to take on two trainees, thanks in part to the JIGSAW programme delivered through Thomas Rotherham College. They face an intensive schedule of training over the next six months, and the qualifications we expect them to obtain include courses on Customer Service and Advanced Word Processing as well as the achievement of the prestigious COMPTia A+ certification, which we consider to be the first rung on the ladder of a career in ICT Support. |
