ESP is proud to announce that we have started to implement the PQASSO (Practical Quality Assurance Standard for Small Organisations). PQASSO will play a major role in underpinning the quality of service clients have come to expect of ESP. It will also ensure that staff, clients and shareholders alike are aware of our rigorous internal procedures and policies as well as our external goals and performance levels as measured over time. Based on our initial assessment, ESP is already meeting 9 of the 12 key areas, so we aim to complete level 1 by early 2007. Watch this space!
