Telephone System Upgrade

As the number of clients we support has increased, we are increasingly becoming aware of high and low demand periods for telephone support. Although both Monday morning and Friday afternoon are obviously the peak and trough of the week, it is also noticeable that some clients are experiencing difficulty getting through on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings in particular. This is in part explained by an increased number of outbound calls too, but nevertheless we are taking action and will be implementing an additional two lines hopefully by the end of March. Engaged tones should then be a thing of the past!
