As part of our ongoing commitment to provide high quality IT support services, we are pleased to announce a new report for customers with a Network Maintenance & Support Contract. We can now produce a Value-for-Money report which quantifies the support you have received under your contract. This shows not only the value of remote or onsite support work but also some of the regular dial-in-work and other support services that we provide you with, free of charge or at discounted rates.
Finally it also itemises all of the jobs you have raised with during the period of cover.
Don’t forget, contract customers can also access information on the status of current jobs, as well as view their entire account history by registering with this website using the form on the left!
