Want a chance to win a 19” TFT Monitor? Want to provide some feedback on your experience of ESP over the last year? Our Online Customer Survey is now ready for you to fill in. Each year we conduct this important survey of clients with a Maintenance Contract to find out what you think of our service. The results will be published as soon as they are analysed. We use this information to assess our strengths and weaknesses and it is vital for the ongoing improvement of the work we do for you.

This year, the survey is published online in the Members Area of our website at http://www.espprojects.co.uk. In order to complete it, you need to register with the site (a two-second process). You will then be sent an activation link and can log in and complete the survey. Also in the Members Area of the site is access to MISSIE, our management database. MISSIE access allows you to view the status of your current work in real time as well as your account with us (including printing invoices etc.).

As last year, the survey is anonymous – we only see aggregated results so please do be honest! We do however collect information on who has completed the survey and this will be used to make the prize draw for the 19” TFT Monitor.
