For a fixed annual fee, you get unlimited access our IT Helpdesk - your ‘very own IT department’ – manned by real people, who are passionate about the job they do and committed to supporting your organisation. Our IT Support is delivered by Microsoft Certified engineers who have been handpicked for their approach to customer service. The contract however covers far more than just technical support - the team include engineers, consultants and web developers who collectively can provide an integrated support service for every aspect of your IT systems.

At ESP we like to get to know you. Our IT Support contract will of course fix the day-to-day issues, but is also about working strategically with you to help you understand, manage and get the most from your technology over the long term.

Working with ESP means you will have access to a wealth of advice on every type of IT Solution from Servers to Cloud Computing, CRM systems to VOIP, and because we are pledged to independence and impartiality, you can be sure this advice is tailored to your organisations’ particular priorities, not our bottom line!

ESP’s IT Support contract is:

COMPREHENSIVE: We cover you for almost every aspect of your system, so you only ever need to make one phone call to get things sorted.

RESPONSIVE: We guarantee a 4 hour response time but in the overwhelming majority of cases you will be in direct contact with a friendly, highly experienced engineer with detailed knowledge of your system who can assist immediately.

UNLIMITED: There are NO caps or restrictions on the time we spend or the number of site visits we make and undertake preventative work on a routine basis, in order to keep your systems updated and running smoothly. This way of working means that - unlike some of our competitors - we have every incentive to resolve your problems quickly and over the long term.

MONITORED & MANAGED: we log all of your calls & emails and actively review your IT system for underlying or strategic issues. Through this process you gain access to valuable feedback about your systems and users that helps you take better control of your network.
