Search engine everyclick.com has come to our attention this month. The new business, reviewed in The Times recently, promises to donate 50% of its gross revenue to charities every time their search engine is used to search the web. Users can either divert this money to all charities or chose to support a specific charity of their choice. Every time a search is performed, everyclick will pass on 1p. It may not sound much but consider the number of searches performed worldwide every day as well as how easy it is to donate in this manner and the possibilities are very interesting! You can even keep tabs on how much you have raised for your chosen charity.
Charities can create a profile on the website here: http://www.everyclick.com/uk/myeveryclick/charityinfo. |
