Two free website creation programs have recently come to our attention at ESP. Whilst there are no substitute for the kind of professional website development services that companies like ESP specialise in, they may assist small groups in creating a web presence even if they have little knowledge of programming. BT's free community Kit websites seem to have taken over from Communigate as the free web builder of choice for many small groups. You can see it in action at http://www.communitykit.co.uk/.
